Spoon Quest warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase to the registered owner. Spoon Quest's liability under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at it's option products proven to be defective. Spoon Quest shall not be liable for any consequential expenses associated with a defective product such as shipping charges and/or travel time.
Spoon Quest makes no claim of merchantability of it's products.
Defects due to shipping, abuse, misuse, changes made to the product, or any use for which it was not intended will void this warranty.
